Objectives

To provide every child with the experiences that will enable them to become successful learners, confident individuals and to reach their full potential.
To enrich the children's learning experiences, developing their awareness and understanding of the world around them.
To promote equality so as every child has respect for themselves enabling them to be effective contributors and to treat each other as individuals and being responsible citizens.
To provide a safe, stimulating and secure environment for all staff and children following child protection guidelines and adhering to SSSC codes of practice.
To improve the quality of learning experiences for children through a programme of continuing professional development for all staff.
To consult with children and their parents to contribute their ideas, feelings and thoughts to children's learning experiences ensuring these are relevant and aid progression.
