Our staff are really important to us. We recognise that it is due to their
dedicated efforts that we are able to deliver the exceptional care
your child needs and for which we continually strive. To support
them in their roles, we provide them with professional and effective
management support and offer personal development programmes and
training programmes to improve their skills and qualifications.
We believe that by adhering to stringent child/staff ratios, we can
create a stable, safe environment in which children may be
encouraged to develop physically, intellectually, and socially.
Our staff are qualified and trained (or will soon to have an
equivalent qualification) and are experienced in the care and
nurturing of young children. Additionally we operate a keyworker
scheme in which each child has one member of staff assigned
specifically to oversee their progress, and liaise with parents.
We aim to create a friendly and fun environment which children will
both enjoy and benefit from.
