Our Objectives
In order to achieve our mission and
aims we have set the following objectives:
- To provide an attractive, safe
environment, where all children can develop, at their own stage,
and have fun while playing.
- To provide a wide range of activities
and offer structured, selective choices to children, covering all
aspects of the curriculum and all stages of development, ensuring
differentiation throughout the curriculum.
- To encourage the child by providing good
staff role models, ensuring positive images of all people they
come in contact within the nursery, regardless of race, gender,
religion, culture, age or ability.
- To work in partnership with parents,
encouraging and assisting them as prime educators of their own
children.
- Encourage staff to work effectively as a
team, by providing opportunities for staff development, in the
form of support and training.
- To work in partnership with other
agencies, local communities, and primary schools, to the benefit
of all children and the nursery as a whole.
- To help in the development of all staff,
student’s and pupils in all aspects of the early years spectrum.
